Sarah Knott
Sarah Knott, voice

Ms. Knott was the mezzo-soprano soloist in the Haydn Time in Mass of War at the Open Sings at Epiphany in Minneapolis, Beethoven Missa Solemnis with the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra (DSSO) and Choir, Durufle Requiem with the Arrowhead Chorale and the Mozart Requiem for the Duluth Area CHUM (Churches United in Ministry) Benefit with members of the DSSO. In 2011, Ms. Knott was the alto soloist for Bach's Johannes Passion with UMD Choirs and Orchestra.
Ms. Knott graduated cum laude in 2010 with a Bachelor or Arts in Voice Performance and Flute Performance at Waldorf College in Forest City, Iowa and received a Master of Music Degree in Voice Performance from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 2012. Ms. Knott currently maintains studios with Mount Calvary Academy of Music and Duluth Playhouse Conservatory as private instructor musical theater and general voice lessons for students elementary ages through adult. As an Americorps member, she developed an afterschool music club and mentored at-risk students at Lester Park Elementary in Duluth.
